I have just come back from a long trip to see my LLMD, and then I went down to visit a church to get prayed for.

While I was away, it was tough to stay on a good diet.

I basically just ate junk food from drug stores because I was too exhausted and sick to go shopping.

I am sure I have a yeast infection.

I have taken lots of probiotics, even while I was away.

I bought some cheap probiotics to travel with, the kind that don't need to be in the fridge.

I would take about 30 of those per day.

Can I really not eat anything with carbs? at all?

That is so depressing.

The more I ate sugar, and stuff like chocolate bars, the more I wanted chocolate bars!

I went two years of eating very good! then bam!!!

i went into a chocolate bar frenzy!!!

please help!

This list could be symptoms of Lyme / Coinfections, Parasites, and a bajillion other things also, so don't think everything is Candida because it isn't always...

RZR .. the closer you follow the diet, the less brutal is the die-off.

here is more info ... I CANNOT vouch for the products mentioned here, however:

One step at a time, missing!! Get rid of all temptations at your house, and then stock up on safe snacks and foods.

It was just because we were travelling, and it made me even weaker.

i don't ever buy junk food, but haven't convinced my daughter and husband to stop eating bread.

My husband also really likes diet pop.
