Hi All,
I wanted to create a thread that had supplements we each felt were the most helpful.
Maybe we could put the supplement, the dose and what it helps the most with.

OK. For me,
Iodine-50 mg elemental iodine Mon-Fri. (Iodine/potassium iodide tablets) -helps me with my energy levels throughout the day.
Boron-12mg per day -Helps me with joint pain
Thieve's Oil-I dilute this in grapeseed oil and rub into my skin twice daily. -Don't know if it's the aroma or if it is sub dermally absorbed, but I feel better when it is freshly applied.
Magnesium-750-1000mg daily -Helps with the twitches
Melatonin-3 mg sublingual at bedtime -Helps me fall asleep

- Berberine, I have found (thanks to Marnie's postings) helps decrease pain, swelling, inflammation and strengthen seizure threshold regarding sensory seizure triggers / startles.

Great thread Greta. For me I have to rotate supps. And also take time off.
The things I take most every day is
1tbls carlsons finest fish oil. ( I skip days but I feel achier and crazier if I skip too many)
Vitamin D3-- I am low so take 5000 mg a day.
Probiotics... Florastor daily. and rotate others
The things I take sporadically or as needed are.
Magnesium: jarrow formula magnesium optimizer works well for me... It also has potassium... If I feel like a fibro mess I take two before bed and usually wake up feeling better. Also good to ward off migraines if you can catch early symptoms.
Alpha lipoic acid. This helps with energy and also achiness, and neuropathy. I am using jarrow formula sustain... But may try one with NAC next.
