Does anyone else have issues with this?

Hypoglycemia
Bacteria speed up metabolism
Parasites
Etc

It's one of my few remaining symptoms. I get weak and shaky if I don't eat enough (or often enough).

I'm also very skinny and don't have a lot of stored energy. I have a hunch that Bartonella/Mycoplasma are behind it.

It's fine to eat often. We should all, actually. If you are talking about every 3 hours or so and with reasonable foods in reasonable amounts.

Could be that you are not getting enough calories and enough of each group: with protein, complex carbs, & good fats with the meals you do eat. If they are out of balance, we need to refuel more often.

It's a good idea to have 3 small meals a day with 2-3 small snacks (of foods fit for any meal), anyway. Each should contain: protein, complex carbs, good fats.

I used to have this symptom when I first started treating parasites. I had to drink 2 quarts of Kefir a day to level me off I was so shakey. It really helped stabalize me and boost my immune system.

That sounds like a cortisol/adrenal issue.
