Does Buhner's book "healing lyme the natural way" include herbal antibiotics? B/c his "core" protocol on the web site only lists three agents, non of which claim to primarily kill pathogens, they are simply immune boosters. I'm concerned about going this rout and purchasing the book if he doesn't even include some sort of antibiotic herb in his protocol. Can someone please enlighten me in this matter?
Also, would be nice to hear from anyone who has had positive results from his proposed regimens. thx.

Hold off buying this book. Its pretty dated by now and he has a major revision coming out soon.
His latest book on treating Mycoplasma and Bart is excellent and makes numerous references when the herbs also work against Lyme and other co-infections.
So to answer part of your question... many of these herbs are anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and/or anti-parasitic.
