Yes, that's what I mean. I know Mepron needs to be taken with 20-25g fat. But I don't know whether taking Zithromax with food (beyond a cracker or piece of toast) hinders or delays its absorption.

I always took them together at the same time. I would not want to take Zithromax on an empty stomach.

I too always took them together. I did develop some issues with Zith (hearing loss and ringing in ears) after long use, so my doctor swapped me to Biaxin with the Mepron, but yes, I was told to take them together. Good luck.
