My LLMD recommended Researched Nutritionals which is 400 mg and only needs to be taken once a day.

Pure Encapsulations makes a good Ubiquinol gel cap with no additives.
Co- Q10/Ubiquinol is expensive, it's just the way it is.

Ubiquinol is a purer form of CQ10. It's believed to be beneficial for the heart and I have issues there.
So I spend the extra money and take 200mg a day. I use Swanson and it's $21.99 a month.

Co-Q10 converts into Ubiquinol in the body. I have been using it for about four years. Apparently, you can use less of it because it's already in the active form.
Personally, I think the gel caps absorb better and that's what I read.

I can't take it, too stimulating for me. But my boyfriend takes 100 mg that we got at traders joes90 softgels for 17.99.
I got an add for 300 mg at Costco but don't remember the price since that was higher than he usually takes.
