Although parasite treatment has helped a ton, I think my "hidden beast" now may be yeast. I was in denial, but all the "yeast" treatments seem to help me.... nystatin, SF722, caprylic acid, etc. Diflucan though strangely doesn't do anything good or bad for me... ???
Anyway, all the yeast treatments only seem to work for a short time. Any suggestions on other good yeast treatments I can rotate in?

I've been on an anti-candida diet now for almost 2 months. No grains, no sugar, and low glycemic foods. No prepared sauces or vinegar.
I've also been on Nystatin (although you say it hasn't helped you). I feel much, much better. Lost 13 unwanted pounds, and now back to my normal weight. Enjoying eating lots of veggies.
Wishing you the best.

LOTS of coconut oil helped me get rid of a bad yeast infection from abx alternating with Kefir. FYI, parasites and candida go hand in hand, so you have to tx both indefinitely.
