I wasn't tested for any co-infections by my LLMD. I was put on Samento and Banderol and started getting anxiety. Could only do 4 drops of each due to the anxiety. Kept getting worse until I was on the max dose of Klonipin. Have some mild frontal headaches and a little joint achiness. The anxiety is by far the worst. LLMD added doxy at low dose and I couldn't hack the anxiety so his office told me to stop the herbals.

Does this sound like bartonella? If so, what are the typical treatments? I've heard doxy and Rifampin as one. What experience did you have with your treatment?

Yes, that's bartonella. Levaquin or rifampin. Levaquin was far more effective against bartonella for me. Both cross the Blood Brain Barrier.
