Has anyone used either of these with good success?

Do you prefer one over the other and why??

I have been using some of Buhner's herbs along with LLMD treatment and think it really helps.

I have heard good things about both approaches.

Experiment and see which you like.

And Buhner admits that most people pick and chose herbs from different treatments to come up with their own protocol.

I made major progress on the Cowden Protocol. I did the entire protocol and followed it EXACTLY. I am now on a maintenance dose to keep the gains that I have made.

I did use some mixed Buhner herbs with my last abx cycle...I did improve greatly over that time. However at that time I had not heard of Cowden's so now I am feeling the need to compare the two I guess. I see my LLMD this Thursday. I know he uses some of the herbs from both at times, but not sure if anyone he sees follows either protocol exclusively.
