Has anyone noticed any positive effects from taking collagen or hyaluronic acid supplements?

I tried hyaluronic acid awhile back. I didn't notice anything so I stopped taking it.

I took HA for a long time and should restart it. tI seemed to help my very dry eyes. They were not as bad. When I run out of something, sometimes I just forget to reorder and then it fades off the radar screen.
