Can you recommend a good digestive enzyme?

Pretty sure its my pancreas again. Too many symptoms.

I'm taking Similase GFCF (it also helps with gluten and casein).

I don't know if it's "good" but my stomach has been flat since I started it. It cut the bloating waaaaaaay down.

It depends- you are not 100% gluten free, right?
If not,

I would look for one that contains DDP-IV.
It's not the same as being 100% gluten free,
but it helps break it down.

My daughter uses Trienza by Houston Enzymes.
