Is it normal for an LLMD to charge $1000.00 for first appointment and $500.00 there after per appt. If it is; it is disgusting for LLMD's to be fleecing sick people like this.

So not only does this young man have Neuro Lyme diagnosed by this woman and confirmed by Igenix. She did not start treatment with those results in hand.

He has only been on the North East 3 times. Summer camp 6-8th grade in Poconos. His psych issues began at 18 and now he is 26.

He is presenting the exact same way I did. You are crazy for 6-7 years until CNS really starts heading south do they pick it up. grrrr

I was also wondering who monitors "find a Doctor". Can a doc refer themselves unknown to the patient?

This LLMD has me so furious I would like to track her down and give her a piece of my Lyme infected mind.

I did refer my friend and his family to my infectious guy, Co-pay 30.00. Picc line and meds ordered.

We just need to train him to be an LLMD. He wants to retest after just 28 days. So I am going to do my best to get him trained. He is young and is still afraid of big brother.

He is using IDS guidelines but open to treat longer from Dr.B's guidelines. When his WB comes neg. Is when he says he will stop. Could one month of Rocephin cause a W.B. to be false neg?

God bless and thanks for reading my rant.

**edited details about the LLMD**

Those charges would be normal in the North East... not sure about Florida.

Taking antibiotics will often cause MORE positive bands to show up.
