Take Transfer Factor. It brought up my WBC count to normal in 2 weeks. It is what my lyme doctor ordered when this happened to me.

One obvious thing I would have tested -- check for zinc deficiency.
I would also try to be certain that you do not have rickettsia or ehrlichia/anaplasma which might be an underlying issue.
Adaptpgens would be another way to go -- ashwagandha, rhodiola or Siberian ginseng. But you might need to go low and slow on those as many are hypersensitive to these herbs.

Can't remember if you have G.I. symptoms from bart or not. Very early in his illness, hubby tried a transfer factor that was supposedly lyme specific -- can't remember the brand name.
Anyway, at the time he had not been diagnosed with or treated for bart and he still had a leaky gut. Every dose of the transfer factor he took caused seizure like activity within 20 or 30 minutes of taking it. He kept at it for at least a month -- think there were 30 capsules in the bottle -- the symptom did not improve.
So that is something to keep in mind.

The kind I took had bovine (cows) colostrum in it. I beleive the brand was called 4Life.
This was over 8 years ago, so you may not find the exact one. Now, they have many of them.
