Today I have had a few short walks and up two steep driveways, plus walking in and out of the hospital to help with my 96 yr old mother in law. Tonight at 6 I was so exhausted I went to bed only to awake about 3 hours later with horrible thigh and leg pain to the knee also a sinus like headache and horrible ringing in my ears which I have 24/7 but not as loud also in a sweat..
The pain is from the thigh to the knee in both legs, like deep bone pain. This is beginning to happen a lot after I try any walking. Not during the walk but afterwards. These symptoms including the ear/sinus happens if I over do and by over doing I don't mean anything like I once did just simple task.. tks

im recovering from knee replacemnt and PT is having a hard time making my muscles get stronger
i do the exercise...walk...machines focusing on quads and hams(thigh muscles) ... i am strong short term...but i never progress to beign able to go longer aor not being very sore after
i wonder if it is related to muscle wasting that is talked about here
the muscles are not responding to the stress by growing and that is what they are supposed to do
also...mitochondria are involved with this i think...so i think if if could get back on supps they need i might progress...just not there yet
