I just ordered the B-12. Remind me to let you know how it goes if I forget to respond in a couple weeks.
Blackstone on here recommended it. I tried PMing Blackstone earlier but the mailbox was full.

A nearby compounding pharmacy sells Perque. I have used the sublingual B-12. It is supposed to be one of the better brands. The pharmacist said taking this for 3 months was just as effective as IM B-12 injections.

I just tried the sublingual B-12.
It dissolved fast which is good.
The taste is more natural than most (it's sweetened with mannitol).
It made the bottom of my tongue itch (less than the methyl one which made my mouth burn), but still annoying.
I just hope I'm not allergic to this one too.

It's been a few weeks and the B-12 is working really well, no allergy.
I saw my LLND and she gave me a sheet on methylation. Perque B-12 is what's recommended at the office.

I use the Perque digesta guard probiotics (the 150 pill bottle). Been using them for over a year now. i haven't had any issues with them. i started using them after i had absolutely no gut support from the (much cheaper) over-the-counter probiotics i bought. wish the perque probiotics were cheaper, but they definitely keep me from having constant diarrhea from abx. That's the only Perque product i've ever used. Update: But now I'm using VSL#3 because I think the Perque probiotics wasn't strong enough for me.
I use the Source Naturals methylcobalimum b12 tablets. much cheaper than Perque B12 i think.

Perque uses the hydroxocobalamin form of B-12.
Methylcobalamin has irritated me in the past and I was told it was because of methylation issues. I don't know if it was the brand I used or some other reason.
