So your saying that it didn't cure but cut back the disease?

Surprise, how much did u take/ I have taken 4 doses of 5 drops every 15 minutes.
I think it might be helping a little, it also gives me a mild sedated/mellow feeling.
I have had this stuff for over a yr and thought it didn't didn't work but this is the first time i tried it by dosing multiple times. Apparently that is how u are supposed to do it even though the bottle says just to take 10 drops.
Carmen, burbur is supposed to detox u when u are herxing or if u just feel the need to detox. It doesn't kill anything, I don't think.

I gave 10 drops 2-3 times a day, for detox while we were in treatment.
It doesn't kill, it helps detox/ die off symptoms. Both of us had to employ a lot of detox help.

Someone Facebook said they use as many drops as needed until the herx symptoms subside. She says it's very non-toxic and she's taken 100 drops in a day multiple times.
Not saying to take that much - but it seems safe

Is burbur the same as berberine, which is, I think, another name for goldenseal (or one is a derivative of the other)?

No, it is completely different from berberine. Where berberine has antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal etc etc actions, burbur is primarily a detoxifying agent, antiinflammatory and cleansing to the liver, kidney and lymph. It comes from desmodium molliculum. Nutramedix.ec has a good description.
