Hi - was just curious if anyone had a recommendation for a light therapy lamp.
As we enter into the winter and dark season in the north - I do think that I am effected by SAD (seasonal affect disorder) and would like to get a 'sun' lamp to help
There are a ton of choices and wanted to see if anyone had any feedback or thoughts
Thanks!

I've used this one for years and love it. It's made in Canada and I like the way I can do things at my desk while sitting in front of the lamp. I sit directly in front of it for 20 minutes each morning.

Dr. Norman Rosenthal, discoverer of seasonal affective disorder (and author of "Winter Blues" that describes it) advised us to get a DayLight, 10,000 LUX light box with 2 settings. It is made in Nova Scotia.
Hubby and I both use it. I have already started using it this year. It works!
That's a good price.

And, we've had our light box for 12 years and it still has never given us a problem.
