I have never tried this product but since no one has responded I'll give you what I know about the ingredients.
I tend to supplement for methylation support with individual ingredients because combination products often have ingredients that conflict with overall genetics.
I'll make comments on some of the ingredients that would be problematic for me based on my genetic profile. This will give you an idea of the issues one can have when using combination products.
Pyridoxine Alpha-Ketoglutarate is a no-no for those with a CBS upregulation.
Excitotoxicity – The CBS up regulation leads to excess production of alpha-ketoglutarate, which is converted in to glutamate, a stimulatory neurotransmitter.
You would want to limit alpha ketoglutarate NOT add it to your regime IF you have a CBS upregulation.
Curcumin knocks me for a loop because I am COMT++. I don't degrade dopamine very well and curcumin increases dopamine.
So much depends on your specific genetics as to whether a product is appropriate and/or helpful.
What specific mutations are you trying to treat?
