I can't do the herxing thing anymore. At least I am choosing not to for now. Maybe it is a mistake but 3 yrs of getting nowhere and it seems like maybe I should step back and rethink it all.

Is it possible to get well by ramping up immune system and detoxing, or at least maintaining a certain level of wellness?

I would settle for maintaining a level of functionality but I can't see the point in more abx or herbs when I can't tolerate it and take as supposed to.

I can imagine your frustration after going through herxing cycles for 3 years.

Herxes suck. They really do. I find them discouraging, to be honest.

I can guarantee that whatever you choose to do, we'll back you 100% and be your cheering team.

Thanks Greta, I appreciate your kindness! I just feel stuck right now and not sure what to do. I seem to be on another level when it comes to herxing.

I have never been able to tolerate more than 1 doxy a day. After three years of trying I only made it to 8 days of consecutively taking 100 mgs doxy. I have tried other abx and herbs and failed worse with those, sigh.
