Hey guys. I am currently treating my Babesia Duncani with Cryptolepis. It took me 3 months to get to the max dose of 1 tsp 3x day. I am a few days into the max dose. I'm wondering how long I should take it. 5 months at max dose? I am so afraid of relapsing and having to go through the herx process again. [shake]

I have two refills left before I have to return to my LymeMD for a refill.

I am a chronic case 30+ years so I realize that it is very entrenched in my system. Also Lyme positive and doc suspected Bartonella too. I am treating myself with mHBOT. I have been on all types of pharmaceuticals and just can't take meds anymore.

Thanks for the help!
Tanya

Do you have Buhner's books? Have you found his website?

Are you combining that with something? Babesia treatment always needs to be a combination. The books are a great help as is his website. Still, if you have a LL doctor, they can best guide as it can be impossible to just set a time frame. Each person's case differs.

It could be up to six months or so, though. Still, that would be in combination with other things specific to Babesia as well.

Oh, pardon me. Rereading, I see you are also doing mHBOT. Of course, then, that is YOUR combination. Good. That has some real promise to it.

Still, it could take a very long time. Just take it at a pace you can tolerate.

Thanks for the help Keebler. I realize it is hard to place a timeline with treatment. One day at a time!

We are all different. Phioph might be able to help you with this though.
