Yes it amazes me how some folks bash lyme treatment and the doctors treating us, saying our priorities are backwards.

These are the same folks who think it is OK that more money is spent on ED research and advertising each year than is spent on TBD research.

And our priorities are backwards? I think not.

There is so much evidence to support chronic infection that it really makes me wonder why doctors don't take the time to research before spouting off. They look like such fools when they follow the IDSA rhetoric.

If you feel the need to counter, send your doubting friend this page and ask that they pay specific attention to the studies on persistence.
