for those of you who had a favorable outcome with coq10, how long did it take to notice a difference?

I take a lot of things, but after a while on it, if I did not take it, I kind of noticed pain near my heart. Not sure how to describe it, but if I missed a dose, I felt more lethargy and maybe that kind of ache-ishness. Combined with r lipoic acid and N acetylcysteine, this helped energy a lot.

I can't say I have noticed a difference yet, maybe it will take longer for me. Maybe i should try the ubiquinol. I was hoping this would boost energy but not yet, I'll give it a bit longer.
I was having a bit of chest pain and that seems a bit better so maybe it has helped. Now, that I think of it muscle pain has been less than before. I also started vita d recently so could be either.

I notice a difference pretty quickly. I get a very subtle increase in energy. It's so subtle could almost miss it if I didn't pay attention. If I don't take it, I can definitely feel a difference.
It's one of my keeper supplements. I weeded out the ones that I couldn't tell an obvious difference.
PS. I tried 3 different forms til I found the one that was right for me.

I haven't noticed anything. I've been taking it for months. I just hope it's doing something good.
