Hello-
I feel like things are tipping to one side?
Like if I sit and watch TV I am ok but as I sit at the computer I feel like everything is tipping to the right side or then the left....thoughts

Babesia is known as the dizzy, head spinning, my mind is blank trying to find the word for it. Darn Found it....vertigo.
Bartonella also is known for messing with the ears. You just posted about having sinus issue. So it would make sense that you ears are involved in that dx also. Middle ear infection causes one to be off balance.
Your sinus issues and ear could also be another bacteria such as staph or strep hiding out in your sinus cavity.
My mind still can't retrieve that word. Help someone.
