I just got my tube of liposomal glut with liposomal C. Is there a best time to take this? I like taking most things in the am. But if it would help with energy I could take it mid day... Unless it may keep me up. ( don't need any help with that.)
Has anyone taken the researched nutritionals glut with c?
Experiences?

I have taken it all different times. Just experiment. My husband takes it when he needs a boost of energy. I take it when I feel my brain foggiest.

Lax mom, Why do you want to take it away from meds? How long do you wait to take your other meds?

I don't know about oral glutathione, but I do know that with IV glutathione it must be taken at least two hours away from all other IV meds.
I believe the concern is interaction with the other meds, and also potentially precipitating.
I'm *assuming* it is the same for oral meds and supplements.
My LL said that there just hasn't been enough studies to know what glutathione interacts with, so best to take it by itself.

I usually take it with my probiotics, milk thistle, which is always a standalone pill consumption 2-3 hours from anything else on both sides.
And that time slot typically falls late morning. Haven't gotten my new lipo yet, think I'll try it alone in a.m.

I take mine in the morning before breakfast, and about an hour before my medication. I know it's some awful tasting stuff! The orange flavor doesn't help the taste much in my opinion!
I honestly can't tell any difference when I take it. It could be helping, but in my case, it certainly isn't a miracle.
It's $59.00 for the 8 ounce tube, and it's $10.00 shipping whether you buy 1 item, or 100 items. I usually wait and try to order all my supplements at once. They have REALLY good prices on just about everything.

Ideally I would wait a few hours away from meds, but that's not practical...so I wait at the very least an hour.
It sticks to the bad stuff in the blood to take it out of the body, so I don't want it to remove my meds.

Lax mom, if I am to understand what you posted, then it would be good to take the meds that cause the dying off and wait like two hours and then take glutathione to mop up what is done by those meds.
Did I understand that correctly?

At one stage, glutathione was on the Cowden protocol , if I remember rightly, and it was to be taken thirty minutes before meals.
I try to take mine mid -mornng and/or mid-afternoon.

Thanks guys. I'm not taking anything for killing right now. Just antihistimines and cymbalta and d in the am. I've been taking my researched nutritionals tri fortify about a half an hour before lunch. I am taking a half dose until I see how I respond.
So far I have had more bm's (sorry) and have been very teary (probably a coincidence) it's been about 4 days and I woke up today less achy. yesterday was the first day that my lymph nodes didn't start hurting in the late afternoon.
Keith thanks for the price at green and healthy. That's sustainable if makes a difference in how I feel.
