- My first guess is lots of phlegm in the digestive tract. Diary is the first culprit. Phelgm (thick white glop) can harbor all kinds of bad stuff, including fungus.
you will find much good detail if you go to Google Advanced Search with this phrase:
"what your poop says"
- then cross search that search phrase with each: "phlegm" & with "candida"
Go back to the initial search results then to see all the possibilities and also how to achieve a healthy colon.
then you can look up "phlegm producing foods"
From that initial search set, just one of many good articles:
Think You Know Your ****? Here's What Your Poop Can Tell You About Your Health

- The white film / phlegm (mucus) can harbor all kinds of bacteria, viruses, fungi & parasites -- at the microscopic level.
Eliminate excess phlegm in the digestive tract and it's not so easy for unwanted visitors to lull about in that filmy cocoon layer. It may not look like a filmy cocoon layer to the naked eye but it's a "biofilm" environment to tiny but nefarious microbes.
Also, withOUT excess phlegm in the body, breathing is easier. Phlegm causing foods don't just stop with the GI tract but also create phlegm in the throat, ears, sinuses and lungs.
When excess phlegm is managed, inflammation of the entire body can also decrease, often reducing pain. Phlegm is the greatest home to germs. -
