turns out that pain in my jaw, ear, neck,, back of my head was swollen glands...and I have them under my arms as well.

how do you know what's wrong with you when you are so used to everything hurting all the time? (and that's when I'm feeling good) no wonder I have been tired.

she was about to put me back on abx...but decided to wait and see what the blood showed.

I forget who wrote about jaw pain... but maybe have someone feel your glands... I didn't feel anything when I felt for them myself.

Aww man!
Lymph nodes!

Wow! I hope it is nothing serious, but I also hope it isn't bart again. [Frown]

I was wondering that the other day too.

My neuro problems have been so strange, any non-TBD person would be in a tizzy concerned with a brain tumour.

I put off everything to TBD.

And am happy to do so. Non LL neuros...well I'll save those tales of misery for another day.

My son got swollen lymph glands after chicken pox all around his neck. The doc said that it was just stress from detox... so perhaps nothing to worry about?

It may be time for lots of cleavers tea and castor oil packs on the immediate site and to the peyer's patch region in the abdomen.... and ozone funneling to the area if you have access to it.

why does all this stuff happen, when I think I'm doing everything right. eating better than I have in a very long time... off abx...I'm even walking on a treadmill 3 X a week (I know doesn't sound like much...but it's huge for me)

makes me wanna have a burger with fries on a gluten bun, with a beer, and a cigarette! (ha, my preferene in splurging would be pasta, with wine or vodka...and I never smoked...just sounded good)

Kudz! Beware the gluten! I fell off the wagon for one meal yesterday.

Don't let the bun/pasta seduce you!

Haha! Cigarette. That's funny. I laughed!

I want to have the 1 magic answer for you very badly.
I don't.
I can think of about 4 things, in this order:

Ever had your viral titers pulled, or been on Valtrex/ Famvir type of medication?

Your strict diet change may indeed be causing die off, and you are clogged. What about a binder, like charcoal?
A castor oil pack on your swollen lymphs is actually a good idea.

Your success every time you take Doxy... had Myco. P checked?
Lastly, the great paranoid fear, &$@! Bartonella.

But try a serious detox, with a binder, there are homeopathic drainage remedies for lymphs (forgot the name, I took them)
Penex? (sp.?)
Castor oil packs, brushing, Epsom salt baths...

((hang in there))

--------------------
Lyme positive PCR blood, and
positive Bartonella henselae Igenex, 2011.
low positive Fry biofilm test, 2012.
Update 7/16- After extensive treatments,
doing okay!

Maybe time for dry brushing and or Epsom salt bath?
That is my go to when I am baffled.

Make sure you don't try drinking the vodka while bathing....

LoL- all those nasty things do sound wild and fun when the bod is still feeling like it is being pulled behind the Mack truck......

You could try Red root for lymph drainage. Buhner describes this in detail in his books.

Bartonella is known to cause swollen lymph nodes.

HEEL Lymphosot is the one I've tried. It works.

Carmen's suggestion about a castor oil pack on the peyers patches and lymph nodes is a great suggestion.

I agree with the above: Red Root is good.

Keep meaning to report this GOOD piece of news

Have been taking red root for my spleen since beginning November. The ol' girl is back to a good size. Can't be manually palpated anymore. Yay!

Red Root works like a top.

Red Clover is a good blood cleanser and lymph helper too, but not good if you are allergic to flower pollens
