Hi all, I ran a quick search on Mimosa Pudica and was not able to come up with much information.

I'm supposed to start this new supplement for resistant Babesia symptoms. Starting with "1 capsule per day then increasing as tolerated"

How much do you all take, what is the max dosage per day, how long did it take before you noticed improvements? What kind of symptom improvements did you see with it?

Some symptoms I'm still having are crushing fatigue, headaches, and literally drenching sweats. This is despite treatment with Malarone and Clinda, and other well known attempted combos.

I very recently retested positive for both Babesia Microti and WA1 through Quest.

Thanks for your thoughts friends!

LLMD just put me on the capsules of Mimosa Pudica from Hopkington Drug

He says to start at 1 per day and increase by 1 capsule each week. So first week, it is 1 capsule a day. Second week it is 2 capsules, once a day. Third week is 3 capsules once a day, etc.

Do this until you get to 6 capsules once a day.

Combine this with the Liposomal Artemisinin (i.e. Artemisinin Essentials) from Hopkington and you will have Babs and parasites running scared!

Bite date ?
2/10 symptoms began
5/10 dx'd, after 3 months numerous test and doctors

IgM Igenex +/CDC +
+ 23/25, 30, 31, 34, 41, 83/93

Currently on:

Currently at around 95% +/- most days.

This is so interesting because I was put on mimosa bark for anxiety. I'll have to ask if it was made from mimosa pudica or a different type of mimosa.

Apparently some herbalists use mimosa bark with great success for anxiety/ depression. It didn't really work for me.

Some people think that really bad anxiety is a sure sign of babesia.
