Start with ONE DROP in one cup of warm (not hot) water. Per day. See how that goes for a couple days. Increase only by ONE DROP a day if that is going okay.

That should help until you can get more detail.

This combination can be very strong on the stomach. So please do start very slow and low.

Use only warm water, not hot because hot can destroy some of the medicinal properties of tinctures made with aerial parts (above the ground). Only total composition of root tinctures can survive hot water.

You don't say if YOU have a blood clotting disorder, only that you heard some kind of rumor about this for those who have such.

If you have a blood clotting disorder, the best person to help you with any herb detail would be a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist or similar, and best if they are LL so they can have the context you need for your case.

Same with your question about SEA SALT beyond normal daily food use.

[Just because this question is often asked] This form of wormwood is not at all the same as artemisia (which is used to help against babesia), however, still it would be best if they are LL -- also

because lyme can CAUSE blood clotting issues so they'd be up to speed on how that can interplay with whatever other diagnosis you may have in that category.

When considering herbal / nutritional / adjunct methods:

if at all possible - because each person & each case is different - it's best to consult with an ILADS-educated LL ND (lyme literate naturopathic doctor) (or similar) who has completed four years of post-graduate medical education in the field of herbal and nutritional medicine -

- and someone who is current with ILADS' research & presentations, past and present, and has completed the ILADS Physician Training Program (see: www.ilads.org )

Many LL NDs incorporate antibiotics (depending upon the licensing laws in their state). Some LLMDs and LL NDs have good working relationships.

When possible, it's great to have both a LLMD and LL ND and even better when they have a long-standing professional relationship.

How to find an ILADS-educated LL:

N.D. (Naturopathic Doctor);

L.Ac. (Acupuncturist);

D.Ay. (Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine);

D.O.M. (Doctor of Oriental Medicine);

Herbal Safety considerations & reference books; etc.

Links to many articles and books by holistic-minded LL doctors of various degrees who all have this basic approach in common:

Understanding of the importance of addressing the infection(s) fully head-on with specific measures from all corners of medicine;

knowing which supplements have direct impact, which are only support and which are both.

You can compare and contrast many approaches.

For the Sea Salt question, you might PM Gael as she is very well versed in all matters of that. You could also consult the book and their website if you don't get replies about that (well, even if you do, it's good to have all that at your fingertips, too).

A lead from my notes:
