Hi,
So last night, after the usual vomiting / diarrhea episode, I had electric muscle pain followed by an inability to control the muscle where the pain had been -- it started with my thumb, which bent forward (in front of my index finger), and I couldnt control it. This lasted a few minutes. It re-occurred in my thumb, then in various parts of my legs, starting w / sharp pain.
Asked NP about it and she said it couldnt be due to dehydration, which I find hard to believe. Is this just the Lyme gone nutso for an evening, or was I having an insufficiency of an electrolyte?

Have you ever considered parasite tx? Severe G. I. disturbance can be from a parasite infection. Check out the symptom list at Humaworm.
