Don't think so - kefir contains beneficial bacteria that help repopulate the gut. What else did you take today?

I drank Kefir back in the 70's with my avocado sandwiches. I drank it almost daily. And in this last year I blended with frozen sliced bananas for almost a year. And gobs of vanilla
I guess I was wanting to give up. You know go home. Where Joy never ends.
So I must make that happen here. I'm wanting to go volunteer where? at a place for people that want to there or new to them are the outer rings that Can hate the air.
That's why we're here to show lives. And lives can make it today.

Now if you're sensitive to dairy, it could also cause a negative reaction.

As you can see how I've adapted my life to Lyme. Loose can on deck. A Mt Dew Can.
Kefir is also given to cancer pts. during chemo.
I don't know personally but I can see where it can cause die off. But it fits the puzzle.
Good flora replacing bad flora. I can see that kind of die off happen.
Sugar is the worst RA. I personally know that.
