My LLMD wants me on pro-pre probiotics and the ones she recommended are very costly .
Anyone taking these, if so would you mind sharing and the cost?
Starting and new protocol as soon as I can get all the supplements and meds.
Week 1, zantac and the probiotics, week 2 starting clindy and rifamplin along with supplements slowly.
Hoping this will at least get me back to 50 %

Is that a brand "Pro-Pre??" Some of the best are found online and not always that expensive.
Health Force is one brand and Custom Probiotics is another.
