Here's a link to an interview with Elijah Blue Allman, Cher's son, who battled Lyme Disease. You'll have to scroll down to find the discussion about Lyme because most of the interview deals with the relationship with his mom.
I'd like to know which alternative doctor he saw who finally helped him.

I know of someone who probably had lyme and had a huge tumor removed and needed a big blood transfusion
Her family said she was different after...much healthier...and she cintinued to live a long time
The docs didnt expect this. Maybe elijahs blood transfusuon helped

He got lyme swimming in the Ganges River in India? Not a very intelligent view of tickborne disease. No wonder his mother questioned it.
Sounds like his treatment was hyperthermia in Germany and then "energetic" medicine, whatever that is.
