The local massage therapy training college has discounted rates for practicums for their students.

While I was browsing their website I noticed they offer full body clay packs for detox.

I was wondering if anyone has had this done to help pull toxins out?

It is 90 minutes and costs $30

I don't want to do it if it will be too much detoxing...of course I will run this by my LL.

Just wondering if anyone has tried this and what you thought of it.

[confused]

I've gone magnetic clay baths, probably a very similar idea. I thought they were pretty powerful, pretty good stuff.

My doc just recommended that I use French green clay for a detox bath and to start slow (just a little bit, til the water is cloudy).

I can't do epson salt because it irritates my skin.

OK great. Thanks you guys.

I have a hard time spacing my detox supps away from my abx and prescription meds.

Waking up in the middle of the night to pee is when they normally get taken [Roll Eyes]

I have done small area clay packs, such as over stomach etc after x-rays. I also do clay footbaths.

My personal feeling is that it wouldn't necessarily be wise to have a full body one before you have tested out how you respond to a smaller area.
