We're all different when it comes to how we respond to various treatments, and for me, I'm able to stop Lyme eye symptoms, including blurred vision, by drinking mangosteen juice, an anti-inflammatory juice.
It's found in healthfood stores and online. I like the Mango-Xan version as it's the most tart of the juice blends. The strongest version is Xango and it's found online.

Here is what I find to be a helpful symptom chart. I think of Bartonella with the frontal headache. The balance issue could be either.

Hi Jake - Interesting symptoms. From what I have read the off balance feeling and the blurry vision is associated with Babesia. I have gotten rid of Bartonella, have treated Lyme and it is much better although I am still in treatment for that. However, blurry vision is a symptom that remains and I am just about to start treatment for Babesia Duncani. My Lyme doc, says she associates the blurry vision with Babesia. I find this interesting as blurry vision remains and I have not yet treated babesia which could indicate it is babesia. Hoping it goes away with treatment. I believe Zithromax (azithromycin) treats Babesia in conjunction with Mepron or Malarone.
All the best :-)
