Drink lots of water and maybe bring some coconut water with you. I flew from Philly to Los Angeles in 2005 when I was pretty sick and I was fine. A two hour flight will go fast.

Make sure you have some snacks also. Have a great time and think positive thoughts. Visualize the sun and the ocean when you are flying. [Smile] [Cool] [Wink]

Flying is hard on my body (wipes me out), but once I get to my destination, I just take a shower and a nap and feel better. I would probably take things to help you detox as well as things that relax you, like tea, or herbs while traveling. Also vitamin C (adrenals) I also need more food while traveling (stress), so I eat more carbs.

As far as fears go (if you have any), it helps me when I realize the worst thing that could happen, i.e. I might herx or get really tired, miss a flight, or lose luggage. No big, I know how to deal with each of those, so I know it won't be the end of the world. The key is just to identify them, then think of a resolution for each beforehand. It takes the fear away.

Play out the worst case scenario of whatever you fear, and how you could resolve it, and you will bust the fear. Then you can travel. [Smile]

You could try some "rescue remedy" from the health food store. Some find it helps with panicky situations -- just put a few drops under your tongue.

Please try not to be scared, you may be pleasantly surprised!

I've had trouble flying (and with the escalators at the airports)for years.

Been on antibiotics since January and flew to Atlanta a couple of weeks ago.

Took sudafed to reduce congestion in my ears, and had a wonderful experience!!

Have a great trip!

Enjoy!!

If you get fatigued easily or have trouble walking like I used to, don't hesitate to ask for a wheelchair--especially if it is a big airport.

That really helped me a few years ago!

Yes, contact "Sky Cap" if you know you can't walk long distances. They will help you in and out of the airport.
