Does anyone know how people are doing with this treatment? My doctor said that it has cured everyone that has tried it so far.

Hi Katrina, I looked into this myself also.
A few things I found out.
That the tissue temp needs to reach 108 degrees F to kill lyme.
There was a place in Europe that was doing this treatment by way of injection. It "heated" the cells, rather than the patient. Other measures were taken to help protect the organs etc from becoming oxygen deficient during this process.
Unfortunately, the clinic was shut down, and as far as I know, there aren't any docs doing this injection version of hyperthermia anymore.
to heat the entire body to 108 plus drives too much oxygen out of cells and kills tissue. I think there is a study on here out of Russia, where they tested on pig corpses.
There is a place in BC that does the sauna version of hyperthermia, but I haven't gotten far enough ahead to phone and find out how hot one can get in their system.
Also I've tried my best to raise my body temp as hot as I can with a hot bath and then as long as I can stand in my sauna. I think the highest I have got was 100.
For cancer patients there are specific devices to bring hyperthermia over tumours in a set area. These are made in Germany.
This is all the info I could dig up on hyperthermia. I am interested in it also, and am devestated the injection version is no longer available.
