Just added a "Traveling to Appointments" page to the websites below.

It lists free air travel offers from a number of organizations. Also has an angel bus service too for ground service.

Train "discounts" (children/seniors/military etc) may apply if traveling by rail.

Sorry, couldn't find any free boat transportation! I did look!
