I broke out in a transient rash yesterday after meds/food, splotchy itchy, face, arms, back.

Has anyone ever had a rash when trying a new probiotic?

How about with ivermectin? I've been on a low daily dose of iver for about 4 weeks now, so the timing seems strange to sudden all have a reaction or a herx.

Some things cycle every 4 wks, so you may be killing something off.

Some strains of probiotics can make you more prone to itching than others but I think a rash would be more in line with the ivermectin.

Hi Carol -

It was a transient rash, only lasted 20 min or so.
Did not recur with the probiotic. Did not recur with the next Ivermectin dose, but I did have flu-like symptoms with the Iver.

Just one of those mysteries I suppose.
