Consider Carolyn Dean's ReMag .. Some think it is better than IV mag. It's the pico-ionic form and gets into the cells ASAP!
I love it.
She will have a new website in about 2 wks. Right now it might be hard to find the product. I've been using it for a year and I love it!

They do come in multi dose vials. Call key pharmacy in federal way WA. I loooove them although they do burn (not too bad really, maybe 1 min afterward.
Also consider IVs of it. I do 2 grams 3x a week because I have access right now. No twitching tremors or fasciculations!

I was in the ER yesterday and they found slightly low magnesium and did another IV even though I had an IV earlier that week (and every week for years) and have also taken 3000mg per day just as long.
What could be depleting magnesium or making it so I can't absorb it?
