Has anyone recently tried Ketek and what was your experience? I'm a little nervous because of the liver toxicity. But I haven't had much luck with other antibiotics. The only one that ever really helped me is Factive, but it is losing its potency over time - maybe resistance?
If you chose not to use Ketek, did you find an alternative?
I have tried (with zero improvement): Zithromax, Amoxicillin, Rifampin, Levaquin, Doxy, and Tindamax. Doxy and Tindamax made me herx, but never feel better. I'm allergic to sulfa drugs, sadly. Main dx is bartonella, rickettsia, lyme, and possible parasites.
Thank you for your help!!

why not pulse it? that's what my doc does to minimize the toxicity.
