i had a real bad cold about a month ago and it has left me dizzy and spacey, feel like im buzzed and kind of out of it most of the time. havent felt this bad in 2 years? this feeling came on with the bad cold and has been going on and off to varying degrese for 3 weeks now. can a cold set you way back like this thanks for your feed back and input guys! hoping it lets up soon

Sorry you are feeling so bad. Sounds like your immune system could use a boost. Maybe some high dose vitamin C would help. The Ester C powder with bioflavinoids powder would be good along with lots of water and maybe some warm water enemas. Some sea salt could be added as well. Hope you feel better.

I've used olive leaf extract, and it usually helps significantly.

yes, this happened to me. years later I still have issues.
looking back I think it may have been actually not a cold for me, but a new infection with one of these buggers!
Hopefully treatments will help for me and for you. healing sure takes time! ugh
sorry I don't have much helpful advice.
I am focusing on getting my immune system up and treating for my stuff that llmd says is left: bart rmsf blastosystis varicella
after that if I still have my tinnetus and other head pains he will test for heavy metals.
I have been cleared of lyme and babs and some parasites, so maybe it could also be residual pain and a need to heal the damage?
