Interesting. I haven't heard of this before but my fingernails show a zinc deficiency so pay more attention to supplementing.

I tested very low for copper, but I installed a home RO/DI 5 stage filter years ago.
I do have Mercury & lead though.

The key is bio-availability of the copper. If you'll read the article, it tells about the copper not being available if you have the toxicity problem.
"Low levels of Copper is associated with chronic fatigue. When someone has a Copper toxicity condition, they will most likely also have a concurrent Copper deficiency due to a bio-unavailability."

Another trace mineral you want to be sure you get enough of is molybdenum. Someone told me it helps get rid of excess sulfur when you have a CBS mutation. Molybdenum deficiency causes headaches, night blindness, cold extremities and contributes to parasites.
