We are having problems getting Ketek which was prescribed by our adult son's LLMD to combat Mycoplasma. It is very expensive and rarely used.
I have called both large and small pharmacies and was only able to get a partial prescription fill. The one large pharmacy who had it told me the manufacturer no longer makes this drug so they gave us all they had.
Does anyone know of a reliable pharmacy who can help us? Thanks.

I got it from Walgreens. But they had to go to their suppler in Kentucky. It took about 10 days.

Thanks, patches10025 - I checked with Walgreens and they do not have it at all.

Wow, I had no idea it was so hard to get it ... I was on it years ago, and at that time it was no problem to get it through Walgreen's. I suppose you could order it online from abroad if you need to -- or at least the generic of it, which is called telithromycin.
