We buy Theralac at www.theralac.com and we have also purchased it on Amazon.
If you do purchase from Amazon, then look over to the left-side of the Lymenet page near the midle. Click on the area where it says "when purchasing from Amazon.com, please click here first".
Lymenet will then get a commission from your purchase and you'll be supporting keeping this website going.

Do you worry about the need for it to be refrigerated - and shipping? How does it arrive to you?
Are Theralac, and, the saccaromyces the be-all and end-all? Is VSL good enough? Do they hit different things?

I order Saccharomyces online as I order many things online for better prices. Jarrow has a good product I like for this. It is available in some health food stores, last I knew (don't look anymore).
I use Custom Probiotics which is shipped.

The local Shoprite.
Evolve Kefir & Russian Kefir and I have been using them for 2 1/2 years now. I take 2-4 gulps a night & sometimes more.

Most of the really high quality products do not have to be refrigerated during shipment. They are stable but you refrigerate them when you receive them.
I think VSL is less stable and must be delivered under refrigeration. It is a good probiotic but contains dairy.
In my opinion, you cannot take ONLY saccromyces... you need the regular probos along with it.
It's good to change things up, so buy Theralac for a few months, then VSL, then Custom, etc.
