Has anyone read and used the diet book Dr S recommended " recipes for repair" please let me know your thoughts and if it helped. I need to change my diet I know no sugar, no caffeine and alcohol and limit carbs. I'm on antibiotics with a LLMD and alot of supplements - I need to find foods that are good to eat but not complicated to make. I'm to exhausted so I need easy and can't afford organic
Any thoughts or ideas would be wonderful !!!!

I haven't read it. Just buy the best vegetables you can find and eat plenty of them. Stay away from too many carbs and stay away from sugar and alcohol.
Limit fruit also.
