Are you wearing any new shoes or socks? Are your socks soft cotton? Have you changed laundry soap? Sometimes friction, allergy and/or heat can give you a rash on the top of your feet.
Antibiotic cream can't hurt, but I wouldn't use any with steroids.
Just some caution - Steroid cream gave me permanent eye damage and I wasn't even putting it around my eyes.
I would take a picture of the rash (and any rashes that you get). Show them to your LLMD.
I've had so many rashes over the years. I was warned years ago that steroid creams could cause problems. I only used a little thinking I'd be safe, but I wasn't.
This was before Lyme, I have no idea what steroid creams would do to me now.

it's jus the neosporin stuff. it's my right foot mostly and I have developed one of those red petechaie spots on it. my petechaie itch like the large red one on my chest.
I just started abx today but my foot was itching before this.
if it ain't one thing it another.
