Maybe some of you can just spoon this stuff up and eat it, but I can't. Swallow oil, yuck. So, here's a way to make it taste good.

coconut oil + peanut butter + nutella

If it is solid (mine is runny in summer), then it needs to be warmed enough to mix in peanut butter and nutella. Doesn't take a lot of the flavoring stuff. Pour into ice cube tray, refrigerate until it gets solid. Remove cubes and store in plastic bag in frig, to eat when wanted.

Here's one I've been using. Easy to mix up when it's hot outside because the oil is fluid.

Incredible Self Love Freezer Fudge

1.5 cups extra virgin coconut oil
.5 to .75 cup of cashew or other nut butter
.5 to 1 cup maple syrup - or unrefined sugar
.5 to .75 cup raw cacao powder
.5 to 1 Tsp unrefined salt
.5 to 1 cup hulled sunflower seeds (or walnuts or cashews, etc.)
.5 to 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Mix coconut oil and nut butter in smooth bowl
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
Spoon into mounds on baking sheet or into lined muffin cups.
Adjust the ratios of oil, cacao, nut butter and seeds to your taste. These are guidelines only.
Don't forget the salt!!!!!
Freeze and enjoy with self love!
Ready in 1-2 hours in your freezer! (or right outta the bowl!)

ENJOY THE BOOST YOUR BODY GETS FROM THIS ONE!!!!!!!
