After I had diarrhea for a month the doctor had me cut waaaaaaaaaay back on supplements while my stomach healed.
I noticed some symptoms that I attributed to Lyme cleared up. This has made me completely re-evaluate my supplements and take waaaaaay less than before.
I'm just doing what I consider essential now (one for high blood pressure, probiotics, fish oil, anti-anxiety supplements, hormone balancing).
I cut out all my methylation supplements, adrenal ones and many others. For some reason I feel better without them.

this is all so confusing this journey with lyme and other buggers!
how can anyone ever know they are healed?
I started having foot pain again when getting up from bed, walking, etc. Makes me upset and fearful.
Maybe it is in the new stuff, causing you this. it's all such a guessing game
