Hello-

Should Potassium/Mag Citrate be taken with or without food? I can't seem to find the answer.

Can being low in potassium or magnesium result in weakness, fatigue and/or anxiety?

Thanks so much!

I would say yes to both.

I think it would be better absorbed when taken with food.

Thanks, Lymetoo!

My LLMD recently recommended that I take this (2 pills, twice daily) the week before and the week during my period.

I totally forgot, am just getting over the cycle....and feel weak, anxious and have mild cramping in the fronts of my thighs.

I'd like to take them for a few days to see if it helps and didn't know about the food timing.

I feel like I am taking a lot at once....hope it's safe.

Kolorex, Biotin, Fish Oil, Vitamin D3, Probiotic, Oregacillin (just for a few days) and now the Potassium/Mag. Yikes.

Thank you again!

I took 1 pill with food yesterday and was then nauseous for a short time.

It passed quickly, bit I wonder what happened?

I stopped my D3 while taking this, as I read it could cause levels that are too high.

I take 5000 IU per day (1 pill with dinner).

Then, today, I ate lunch and took my pro biotic and biotin....and got nauseous. What the heck?

Like yesterday, I got very weak this afternoon. I wonder if my adrenals are off?

I have AdreneVive. Maybe I stop the potassium/mag and take that instead. I get concerned too easily, I know.....but I can't help but worry when I feel certain symptoms arising.

It's like....what if I got bit again? What if I faint? Ugh.
