My LLMD is suggesting Kavinace Ultra PM, she said it is helping many patients. It was too strong for me, so I am taking 1 reg. Kavinace and 3 mg of melatonin.

Melatonin, natural Valerian root extract, or Lunesta 1/2 pill.

Ever once in a while Ill take a benadryl because it knocks me out. But it shuts the immune system down somewhat so you cant use it all the time.

From what Ive read and was told by my doctor is that Antihistimines, like Benadryl, turn off your immune system, meaning that you are affecting the way the immune system kills this bug.

Been awake two days now.

Nothing is working. Slept maybe 20 hours in the last 7 days.

Getting my regular blood draw today. Results are going to be a mess.

Oh, that's good to know about Benadryl! My niece is not getting well, all the treatments are too hard for her to handle. She has a limited budget, too. She takes Benadryl for sleep, I will have to pass on this info.

All the other natural sups for sleep gave me nightmares that I couldn't deal with. Some meds give me nightmares, too.

So far, the reg. Kavinace and melatonin are helping, but last night it didn't. Could've been if I just went to bed earlier it would've.
